About Me

Hello there! My name is Mia Palazzo, I am a freelance photographer from Connecticut. I am deeply passionate about pursuing a journey in photography, specifically music photography. I have been involved in the music community for years, specifically attending many concerts in my general area.

As I begin a dual degree program in journalism and economics at the University of Connecticut, I decided now is the best time to dive into my passions and become a music photographer.  As a versatile writer, photographer, and interviewer, I've contributed to music platforms such as Cultura Em Peso and Death Moth Press, where I have the privilege of spotlighting diverse talents and stories within the metal scene.
